How this song came about? Well we wanted to release another "falling" but we wanted a slightly different concept. So from personal experiences we came up with the "In Or Out" concept.. Basically it's about being in a relationship where u have hectic feelings for someone but at that moment in time.. U really don't know if u want in or not.. Catch on?
